A Great Time For Recycling and Green Business Opportunities

Thursday, August 26th, 2010

If you read earlier in the week, I wrote about August,  the little known fact that August is otherwise known as “National Panini Month,” and the reality that green business opportunities can be seen everywhere when you take a second to look at all the food we eat, and all the waste created at restaurants.

Well, now it’s almost September and while it may not be as exciting as “National Panini Month” there are a lot of opportunities to look forward to – opportunities to be your own boss and work at home – all through the value of recycling.

Every time September Rolls around, it’s hard not to think about all the kids everywhere going to school. From kindergartners all the way up to college students – they’re all getting ready to head back. However, the one thing I can’t stop thinking about is how much trash they must create! Think about all that paper!

We wrote earlier in the month that recycling all the newspapers in the country could power 50 million homes for 20 years! Now imagine if the same was done for writing paper and computer paper thrown away every year in schools across the country.

Think about all of those schools, and then think about how many of them don’t recycle, or of the ones that do, how inefficient they are at it. Hauling all that paper to the dump is money spent, energy wasted, and money thrown away that could be saved instead.

Just like businesses, schools have budgets too – and they’re always looking to cut costs. If you can help a school save money – you could be saving someone’s job, or making sure certain programs have the funding they need to buy supplies. That’s how big of a difference recycling can make. It’s undeniable that waste has value,  and all you have to do to  earn more money with a green business opportunity is spread the knowledge.

Recycling To Live Better and Earn More, and Be Your Own Boss

Thursday, August 19th, 2010

Across the country communities appear to be recycling more and more. You’ve probably noticed it, driving around you more than likely see specially colored bags and blue containers – signs that residents are recycling.  Even if a community doesn’t recycle, you might see them trying to do their part to make more of an impact by making less of an impact.  But even if it seems that communities, neighborhoods, and individual households are recycling more –  the question remains…. are businesses recycling more?

Recycling is Everywhere

Many times it seems that businesses aren’t recycling as much as they can be – even though these businesses are the same places where so many individual recyclers work every day. However, it may be the case that these businesses aren’t not recycling because they don’t want to or don’t feel that they need to, but because they don’t know that they can.

All it takes is for a waste stream to change paths and become a recycling stream, and the impact can be astonishing. Just last week I wrote that  the wood and paper thrown away every year by Americans is enough to heat 50 million homes for 20 years. 20 years! All from recycling. That’s more than just saving money – which every business cares about – but it’s also energy saved and yet another step towards helping to save the environment.

So why not recycle like we do in our homes in our businesses? All it takes is educating businesses on the potential of recycling, and before you know it – it’s a green business opportunity in the making.

August is for Beginnings: Start Anew with a New Business Opportunity

Tuesday, August 3rd, 2010

Welcome to August! The “Harvest” month, the “Month of the Sickle”, the month when we start to think about the end of summer, and the month we start to see children and loved ones off to school.  August is full of many beginnings and endings – for everyone, why can’t it be an opportunity to reflect on yourself?

There were most likely the days that you looked forward to your very own new beginnings. The start of a new school year, a new career, a nice promotion, and maybe more. Do you ever feel that your milestones are now fewer and far between?  Perhaps it’s time to start making your own beginnings.

One way to create a new beginning for yourself is to start a home business. Being a business owner doesn’t have to be as toilsome and time consuming as you may think. You can live your life and work at home while making money you didn’t know you could. This is where an opportunity like ours comes in. For the EWS affiliates reading, you know what we’re talking about. But if you haven’t taken the leap and started your own home business – counting on trash can be one of the most profitable choices you can make.

You read it right: Trash

Every day, people throw away more and more that can be recycled, and with the speed that recycling is becoming more advanced – the magnitude of what can be recycled and reused is growing every day. That means that more of the trash that gets thrown away is actually trash that can be saved.

There’s no point in going on and on about it, because it’s really this simple: Businesses save more money recycling. By helping business recycle, you can earn more. Why not give it a shot? Make a new beginning for yourself.

A Green Business Opportunity, a Messy Black Example

Thursday, July 22nd, 2010

Last month, we wrote about the situation in the Gulf of Mexico. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like things have gotten that much better. From the very beginning, there was concern that the oil would become a major environmental catastrophe, and it has. As horrible as it is, the whole thing brings to mind one of the most important factors in saving money for businesses – streamlining business waste.

green business opportunity

The oil spill in the gulf of mexico is a great example of how business waste consultants can streamline waste to save money

When businesses streamline waste, they have to spend less in the long haul. It’s a lesson we can apply to much more than business waste. That is, by doing things right, remaining diligent, and being proactive early on, you can avoid the high costs of cleaning up a costly mistake. Well, an oil spill of any kind is a great example of a costly mistake.

Let think about it in a different and simpler context. The grocery store down the street throws away all the cardboard they accumulate at the end of every month. Unfortunately, for the business owner that isn’t in the know, that’s the end of the story!  However, the story continues if you can see waste from a more enlightened perspective.

For the independent waste consultant, that cardboard a business would normally throw away can be the valuable focus of a green new business opportunity, helping each business save money by recycling the waste they didn’t know they could. Eventually, that grocery store would have thrown away hundreds if not thousands of dollars in savings, expensively and unnecessarily hauling a great deal of value to the dump. But thankfully that can all be avoided.

With the right training, waste consultants can help businesses of all kinds make the right decisions about their “trash” early on. This way, they avoid wasting what they never knew was a valuable source of savings and avoid a major headache in the future.

At the same time, while working at home in a new business opportunity that allows you to be your own boss – the independent waste affiliate makes a percentage of each business’s savings and a positive impact on the environment at the same time.

Waste is Everywhere, and So is Opportunity

Thursday, July 15th, 2010

If you’ve been reading for a while or have only had the chance to check out a few posts, you’ll know that when it all comes down to it – when every word on this blog is condensed into a single sentence – it all boils down to this: trash can be valuable.

We come into contact with products that can be recycled every day, and recycling makes a real impact on the world. But more can be done, and you can profit from recycling just by looking at trash a little bit differently.

Take a look around. What do you see that could be recycled, and what do you see that isn’t being recycled that probably won’t be?  Now that you’ve taken a second to think about all the little things we waste, think about it on a larger scale. Everyone wastes, especially businesses – and with a green work at home business you can help businesses save where they never knew they were wasting.

Think about it this way…. if you can tell a business “You’re throwing away money every day” Chances are, they’ll want to reclaim it.

Let’s be honest, when we throw away something useful, we rarely think about how we’re wasting. Even still, every reusable and recyclable piece of “trash” is money down the drain, where it could instead be money saved for a business, with a percentage of it in your pocket.

That’s how easy it is. With the eye to see waste in business and the training to know how to eliminate it, you can be your own boss and make money while simultaneously making a difference. Remember, waste is everywhere. So why not make your mark with a green business opportunity that actually works?

Oh, and don’t forget to try and reuse that plastic container or bottle you know you’ll probably use today!

Welcome to May: Enjoy the summer with a New Business Opportunity

Thursday, April 29th, 2010

In many countries across the world, May is thought of as the first day of summer and we couldn’t be happier.  With summer rolling in, it means we have all the opportunities to get outside and enjoy the weather.  You can go to the ocean, enjoy the lake, go on a hike and more – pretty much anything you want, well, if your job allows.

Green business opportunity

Take some time for yourself this summer with a work from home business opportunity

Unfortunately, most jobs don’t allow you to simply take off and hit the beach.  But when you have your own work at home business you can do almost whatever you want.  We’re not saying that money will magically flow into your bank account, but working as an independent waste

consultant with a new business opportunity is both lucrative and liberating.
As a home business opportunity, being a waste consultant and EWS affiliate means you can finally be your own boss and earn money while making a difference. Environmental Waste Solutions affiliates learn from EWS how to maximize savings through recycling, material exchange programs and more so they can go out into their towns and cities to attack the problem of waste at the source.
After finding the solutions that help a business save, that affiliate then earns half of what they save every month, resulting in monthly savings for the business and monthly earnings for the affiliate.  Nothing else is required, and with the groundwork complete, the EWS affiliate can do as they please.  Go after some more businesses or go to the beach?  The choice is yours.  Who would have thought that trash could be so freeing and a green business opportunity could be so lucrative.

A New Business Opportunity is Better Than a Tax Return

Thursday, April 15th, 2010

April 15th! In other words, Tax day. Now, we all know that taxes aren’t exactly our best friend, but there’s one comfort that helps you temporarily forget the pain of paying all those taxes in the first place –  tax returns.  Tax returns are great, and if you really try hard to forget about the taxes you’ve paid, it’s almost like getting free money.  But then again, it really isn’t.  Some people get tax returns and some people don’t, but when you really think about it – it’s not free money at all.

Business Waste Consulting

It may be time for tax returns, but a lucrative new business opportunity is the gift that keeps on giving

What’s better than this supposed “free money” is a new home business opportunity that actually works, all based on Environmental Waste Solutions system that’s helped business across the country save thousands of dollars every month, and that is where the free money is.

Here’s how it works: First, EWS affiliates approach businesses who almost always never realize that they’re wasting money.  Then, affiliates help them save the money that they’re wasting, earning half in the process.  Sure, we know that might be oversimplifying the knowledge an  affiliate gains from  EWS on how to take advantage of recycling – but creating profit from waste is much closer to “free money” than a tax return.  Businesses literally recover money that they never knew they were wasting every month.  If that’s not like getting free money, what is?

So that’s one thing to remember on “tax day”. When that tax return runs out, there’s something else you can count on, and that’s the fact that recycling can truly provide a green  home business opportunity that will continue giving back – to yourself, to business, and to the environment.

When the going gets tough…

Wednesday, September 24th, 2008

It’s no secret that the economy isn’t so great right now. Costs are up for virtually everything across the board. Even local pizza shops across the country are raising prices, why? Their ingredients cost more now, and it’s the same for everyone. Whether your “ingredients” are flower, tomatoes, and cheese or galvanized steel, plastic, and industrial quantities of paint, chances are—they cost more. Businesses that have been around for decades and businesses that are just starting are all discovering that things are different, and times are tough. It costs more to product and it costs more to buy, and with everyone finding themselves having to spend more—it can make things a little bit confusing.

At Home Business Opportunities

That’s where EWS comes in. We understand that things are tough. For many businesses, there is just too much going on to look at aspects of business that seem far from important.    In reality, who tends to think of waste as a top concern? Businesses cant because they have to be worried about making money-especially in these hard times.

Through responsible waste management and effective recycling, EWS helps businesses save money when they need to the most. We’ve helped businesses across the country reclaim resources that they had lost to inefficient waste management-allowing them to continue operating successfully despite the lagging economy.

You know that one saying, “when the going gets tough, the tough get going”? EWS helps businesses toughen up, we help businesses cope with higher prices by strengthening them as a whole, and it doesn’t cost anything.

There’s no stopping it.

Wednesday, September 17th, 2008

Last month, virtually half the country was drenched in rain. And we’re not talking sprinkles and showers, but torrential downpours—the type of rain that fills storm drains, floods basements, and causes millions of dollars in damage. This may sound off topic, but have some faith—when it comes to waste management, you’ll see the connection.

At Home Business OpportunitiesWhen it rains across the country, whether we know it or not, we’re all effected by the damaging power of wastewater and runoff. Runoff is rainwater that’s been filtered through the environment that we’ve created, an environment drenched in oil, concrete, dirt, and grime. The cool, refreshing rainwater becomes much more than a pleasant sound outside your window, but a pollutant. As you can see, the seemingly innocent rainwater becomes something much different—something problematic.

In the same way, the materials that companies use to create their products go through a very similar process. They begin as something \ innocent—something with the potential to create a product. On the other hand, once they’ve run their course, those materials have the potential to become a nuisance. Like polluted wastewater, the materials that businesses use to create their products become waste. Waste is hard to avoid, and left unnoticed, waste can also become a drain on the environment.

Here’s the connection—cities, states, and countries all over the world are working to control the problems caused by wastewater. For instance, in Singapore—wastewater is reused as drinking water. Additionally, in a number of industries, wastewater is used in cooling towers. This just goes to show that waste, no matter what kind, can be reused in too many ways to county, and with great success.

Over the years, EWS has helped businesses deal with the constant flow of waste. Not only do we help them not become held back by its burden, but we provide support and service that allows them to rise above and actually use what they never thought possible. For businesses, EWS creates value where so many thought there was none, and ultimately, everyone is better off because of it.

Tie up your loose ends…

Monday, September 15th, 2008

Everyone hates loose ends. For a lot of people, leaving the house a mess or the sink full of dishes is simply maddening. However when it comes to businesses and waste management, those loose ends are often hard to spot. And when it comes to waste management, inefficiency is harder to see than a sink full of dirty dishes or a house strewn with clothes and food.
At Home Business OpportunitiesOur experts at Environmental Waste Solutions also can’t stand loose ends, but in a different way. When it comes to maximizing efficiency in waste management, we leave no stone left unturned. Our entire business is focused on tying up the loose ends of our clients and cleaning up the mess caused by poor waste management.
But poor and inefficient waste management can cause more than just a messy pile of trash in the corner of a warehouse; it can cause a financial mess as well. At its very worse, waste can accumulate and become one big problem. However, the more common problem, and the problem shared by businesses across the country continues to be inefficient waste management that goes unnoticed. Businesses that don’t know about their inefficient waste management are unaware that they are routinely sending money away from their business and into the dump, month by month—without knowing better.
EWS scrutinizes our clients’ waste streams to reverse the expensive cycle that so many businesses find themselves in. By tying up loose end (even the ones that clients are unaware of) EWS has the chance to give our clients back the money that they didn’t know they had.
