All you need is EWS

Sunday, June 21st, 2009

Headlines on just about every paper have been covering the reality that automakers are going to have to downsize. According to a recent address by the president, automakers with factories across the country will be forced by the economy to shrink in order to avoid filing for bankruptcy. In light of this, financial experts all say that the individual companies will have to adopt radical changes to stay afloat.
This stands as just one example. With the economy presenting just about every industry with problems, forcing them to operate a little differently, we can’t blame business owners for getting a little worried. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves, not every business needs to make “radical changes” to the way they go about things. There’s always trash, and there’s always EWS.

At Home Business OpportunitiesEWS gives business the chance to make the simple but effective changes that don’t require them to necessarily be radical ones. By reassessing where waste is headed and what becomes of it, businesses can reclaim the money they didn’t know they were throwing away through inefficient waste management. They can change that they’re doing to make a difference without the unfortunate outcomes such as downsizing, cut-backs, and reduced production.
After all, who could say no to making changes that are positive as opposed to negative? EWS clients across the country have had no problem convincing businesses that it pays to look differently at waste, allowing them to free-up money and make a difference for the environment—all the while keeping ahead of the economy.

The Weather is getting Nicer

Monday, May 4th, 2009

Do you find yourself looking out over a yard of slowly melting snow as more and more green grass peaks through every day? While some might live for the winter, others embrace the coming of spring with open arms. They’ve waited and waited for the chance to really enjoy the day without having to bundle up or dig out.

But it can never be easy can it? So many people find themselves looking out the window at an amazing day only to think, “Too bad I’m stuck in here.” Or maybe this has happened to you: You’re enjoying a day off leisurely crossing errands off your list when, in a business, someone asks you, “So how is it out there?” And you almost feel guilty saying, “Beautiful!”

At Home Business Opportunities

Well, it can be easy. You don’t have to be the person stuck behind a desk on a beautiful day—watching the clock and hoping that it’s still nice when you finally get a moment to yourself. Imagine yourself dressed in your work clothes walking outside on a beautiful day. The sun is shining, it’s not too hot, it’s not too cold, and you see an acquaintance completely at ease, enjoying the day. Would you believe him or her if they said the source of their freedom was trash? EWS affiliates have the rare opportunity to enjoy the days that they want to.

By owning a business affiliated with EWS, waste consultants do much more than become involved in an industry with serious income potential. What’s even better is that they take the reins of a business where they are in full control. There’s no employees to oversee, no pricey office space, and none of the stress that so often comes with owning a business. It’s just the affiliate and the client.

Full time or part time, work as much as you want to. Build a client list as long as you want and enjoy time that is truly yours.

Waste: Tried and True.

Sunday, March 1st, 2009

Over the years, EWS affiliates have had the opportunity to work with a number of different clients. Not only does that list of clients continue to grow, but the number of different industries we work with grows as well. No matter how much money we help our clients save and no matter what industry they belong to, one thing remains the same—there is money in waste (for both ends of the bargain!).

At Home Business Opportunities

Take Coca-Cola for example. The company is hardly an obscure business, and you don’t need us to tell you about their exposure across the globe. It isn’t surprising that a business of their size would produce a great deal of waste. However, despite their size EWS affiliates were still capable of finding a way for them to save.

Fast forward just a few years and Coca-Cola continues to see the value in waste. On January 14th Coca-Cola will unveil their state of the art “bottle-to-bottle” recycling facility in South Carolina. According to the company, in roughly ten years the center will be capable of eliminating the production of approximately 1 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions—which Is equivalent to removing over 215,000 cars from the road. While the company shows a clear dedication to making a difference by spreading recycling, their goal to recycle 100 percent of the Company’s PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic bottles in the U.S will obviously deliver much more than a message about recycling. On a business end, through their investment in recycling Coca-Cola stands to save immense amounts of money in the long run. Not only does recycling plastic save twice as much energy as burning it but it also drastically cuts down on the amount of new materials needed for production. The combination of both of these factors make the cost-efficiency of recycled plastic a no-brainer, especially when considering that recycled plastic bottles and newly produced plastic bottles are virtually indistinguishable.

Companies that take a significant interest in waste serve as the perfect example that waste is more than just waste. It can be a hurdle, it can be a pain, and it can be a hazard, but it can also be a great opportunity to make a difference and to save. When businesses can’t invest in a 60 million dollar recycling facility, or when they simply want to take the extra step to be more efficient, EWS can help them make the most out of everything they can and make a difference at the same time.

New Beginnings for Everything

Tuesday, February 10th, 2009

Everyone knows the refreshing feeling of a new beginning. No matter what kind of beginning it is, whether it’s in life, a career, or anything else, new beginnings are often the very moments we need to keep moving with confidence in the direction we want to go in.

At Home Business Opportunities

At EWS we are all about new beginnings, both for our affiliates and for the actual materials they work with and scrutinize every day. Affiliates working as independent waste consultants have the chance to reinvent their lives by working in an industry with tremendous earning potential.

Similarly, affiliates find new beginnings for the businesses they work with. When you look at a dumpster full of business waste it might not be your first instinct to describe the contents as new or valuable. But EWS proves every day that you can. When an EWS affiliate considers 100 individual pieces of business waste, they see the possibility for 100 individual new beginnings. Every single piece of waste has the potential to be an opportunity to save money and to make a difference. At the same time, those beginnings are not only profitable, but they’re green as well and they leave businesses better off and more prepared to continue moving forward.

Whenever we start over and embark on something new, we take a moment to consider things a bit longer than we normally would. It’s probably true that new beginnings aren’t generally a concept used to describe better waste management, but at EWS we like to think that it’s more than that. Throughout the entire process it may appear that an EWS affiliate simply does his or her job delivering efficiency and savings. However, by doing their job EWS affiliates help to instill in businesses a sense that waste is never what it seems to be. Everything is not so cut-and-dry, and it’s everyone’s job to look past routine, make a difference, and start anew.

Streamlining waste, like building a snowman.

Monday, January 12th, 2009

It’s that time of the year when many of us have to deal with the constantly lingering threat of snow. Love it or hate it, the reality is that snow will cover your car, force you to shovel, and make driving a nightmare. On the other hand, if you look at it a different way you’ll remember that snow actually has some positive aspects as well. It turns even the most ordinary landscape into something picturesque, it’s good for sledding, and nobody can say there’s anything wrong with building a snowman with the family.

At Home Business Opportunities

But what does that have to do with Environmental Waste Solutions or recycling? When it comes down to it, it’s much more similar than you may think. Like waste, we tend to see snow so often as a nuisance that we forget to see it in a positive light. Like snow, business waste can be seen as much more than a nuisance. At first it may seem like all it has to offer is a headache, but EWS proves that it can almost always be put to use.

While you can’t make a snowman out of heaps of business waste, just like snow you can capitalize on waste’s positive aspects. By putting waste to use, you can find some actual monetary value—and that’s much more than you can say about snowmen. However, you can’t make a good snowman without having a little technique. In the same way, streamlining business waste is more or less the same story. The EWS affiliates working across the country know the best ways to help businesses save more than they ever thought they could.

There’s nobody better for the job.

We Handle Savings all day…

Wednesday, October 22nd, 2008

Every day, we handle the products of someone saving. Have you ever been to a cookout where you used a paper plate? More than likely, that plate was recycled. In the same way, you’ve probably had a bottle of water. Once again, the bottle you drank from was probably a recycled one. More and more, companies are using recycled materials to manufacture the products we buy and use every single day.

At Home Business OpportunitiesWhile companies rely more and more on recycled materials, it’s become clear that recycling is not only important—it’s profitable. With more companies using more recycled materials, it makes sense that increased recycling will lead to increased opportunities.

That’s where EWS can help. We train our affiliates to know all about waste management— everything from the costs and the risks, to the opportunities to save vast amounts of money. By scrutinizing waste streams, EWS affiliates can earn big by simply introducing businesses to the true potential of efficient waste management and recycling. Over the years we’ve learned that saving is easy, you just have to know how. With EWS, it’s as easy as looking at trash a bit differently.

Clients in the past have been shocked to learn how much money businesses waste every year on inefficient waste management. They’ve seen that money that could have been spent on their business had instead been thrown into the trash and whisked away to the dump. For EWS affiliates, waste is much more than trash; more often than not, waste presents on opportunity—an opportunity that EWS affiliates are trained to cash in on for their clients.

And the best part?

It’s free.
